Esh Derevenskoe

B2B Finance Aggregator

Overview

“Esh Derevenskoe” is a foodtech marketplace for farm products with home delivery, spanning a website, an account section, and a mobile app.

I worked as a Visual Product Designer in a long-term support format, improving core e-commerce journeys, validating hypotheses, and shipping updates across web and mobile.

challenge

  • Improve a high-traffic e-commerce product across web, account, and mobile while shipping fast.

  • Solve delivery-day availability constraints that created checkout friction and hurt key metrics.

  • Scale consistency through a design system (components, states, rules).

  • Turn an existing PWA into a modern mobile app MVP in 1.5 months.

Solution

  • Led continuous iteration across web and mobile, including a fast rebrand-driven website redesign in ~1.5 months.

  • Built and maintained a scalable design system, aligning component states and interaction rules across platforms.

  • Designed and validated a product replacement flow (four scenarios) to reduce checkout friction from delivery-day constraints, using storyboard testing to move fast.

  • Defined the mobile MVP through benchmarking, rapid prototyping, and click-map logic, then shipped a refreshed, brand-consistent app UI.

  • Improved key journeys: Onboarding → address selection, home with delivery-type switch, visible search, clearer catalog navigation, and flexible filters.

  • Translated brandbook principles into distinctive UI craft (icons/illustrations, “imperfect” shapes, dashed dividers) and ensured quality through dev reviews and design QA.

Outcome

  • Increased average order value and purchase conversion by ~5% after shipping the replacement solution.

  • Delivered a modern mobile app MVP by turning the PWA into a full app in 1.5 months and launching on schedule.

  • Received Tagline Awards recognition (Silver/Bronze) across Mobile MVP, Retail/E-commerce, and Best Design categories.

  • Continued long-term product design support after release, iterating on both the app and the website.
